HTMLXlat
HTMLXlat is just a small and simple utility that can be used by a web developer to make life a little easier when working in different languages. HTMLXlat will prevent you from having to manually convert the special characters to their corresponding HTML codes.

Convert HTML codes back to special characters.
Convert all files in a directory tree automatically.
Drag files from Explorer to the HTMLXlat Drag & Drop tab to select files to be converted.
The translation table HTMLXlat.dat is a plain text file, so you can add your own HTML codes.
